Rumor Drestel is rumored to have a spell book loaded with innumerable spells. The book itself is magic and Drestel doesn't need to be in possession of it to memorize spells.
History
Drestal's history is lost in the chaos of the times. He has journeyed the land seeking a solution to his problems and attempting to amass enough power to protect him from his enemies. He fell in with Mordrith, Kaylee, and Corin in the city of Corigsant. Drestal soon found Ditan, the half-orc and forged an alliance for protection and profit. Few people know Drestal's true motives or his agenda.
It should be noted that Drestal has made pacts with devils. The character began Lawful Neutral but due to these pacts the Game Master ruled that the character had shifted one level to Lawful Evil. The first pact is detailed with the character Ditan and involved the transaction of a soul.
